The main-floor dried-in kit includes 6×8 pre-cut log walls, a floor system, roof system and trusses, pine ceiling, steel roofing, fasteners, foam tape, pine interior trim, and architect plans.
Window and door trim is not included in the base kit—it comes with your window and door quote.
The standard log is a 6×8 milled log.

Open loft floor

Joists and pine loft deck. No rooms or 7′ walls. The roof is already included in the base kit.
Second-level add-on
$45 / sq ft
Floor plus 7′ walls and a vaulted ceiling. Replaces the loft charge on the same area; the two rates are not added together.
Shed dormer
$180 / linear ft
Measured along the dormer length.
Interior walls, pine both sides
$78 / linear ft
Up to 10′ tall. Doors are not included.

Basic floor plan
We can design a basic floor plan to give you a rough estimate for your log home kit.

Purchase
A $5,000 non-refundable down payment is required to purchase your kit.

Plans & renderings
After your down payment, you work with our architect to finish the kit plans and renderings.

Balance & delivery
The remaining kit cost is due before we cut and package your kit. Allow 2–4 weeks to delivery from this stage.
